1. A status report has been filed by Inspector Sanjeev Kumar, Station House officer of Police Station-Harsh Vihar in which, inter alia, it is stated that the Petitioner's wife informed the police that she is living with her parents of her own free will without any pressure and she does not desire to live with the Petitioner and that she had never lived with him anywhere. The Petitioner's wife is present in Court and has reiterated her aforementioned stand.

2. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner states, on the instructions of the Petitioner who is also present in Court, that he wishes to

withdraw this petition.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
