This application has been filed by the appellant, seeking the following reliefs:
"a) Clarify the Order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in FAO (OS) (COMM) NO. 9 of 2025 that no interim orders passed in CS (COMM) NO. 128/2022 survive after the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 17/06/2025 at 19:09:26
withdrawal of the said Suit; and/or b) Clarify the Order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the captioned Appeal that the order dated 23.12.2024 is non-est and non-binding after withdrawal of the CS (COMM) NO. 128/2022; and/or c) Refer/Initiate contempt proceedings against Asian Hotels (North) Limited, Clover Media Private Limited and VSJ Investments Private Limited and punish them for Contempt of Court for wilful disobedience of Order dated 03.04.2025 and 08.04.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in FAO (OS) (COMM) No. 9 of 2025 and CS (COMM) No. 128 of 2022 respectively; and/or d) Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

In our view, the Order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court in FAO (OS) (COMM) No. 9/2025 is very clear and the same does not require any further clarifications.

Needless to state, if anyone is misinterpreting the said Order, the remedy available to the applicant/appellant is not in the form of seeking repeated clarification for the same.

With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of. 5.
