The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 22nd December, 2025 passed by the learned trial court in case bearing No. CS(COMM.) No. 1047/2024, whereby, the learned trial court refused to take the documents of plaintiff during cross-examination of the defendant's witnesses. 3.

After addressing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
