O R D E R

% 30.11.2018 After some arguments, counsel for the respondents submits that the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous and as on date, there is no Managing Committee in existence.

In the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing of office order dated 05.10.2013 passed by respondent no.1 whereby respondent no.3 was appointed as a Managing Committee. It is important to note that the period of Managing Committee is of one year and that has expired on September 2014. Thereafter, respondent no.4 was appointed as another Managing Committee and that has also expired on 10th October, 2017.

As stated by the counsel for the respondent that there is no Managing Committee as on date, therefore, the petitioner may make a representation

and that will be decided as per the Act and Rules. The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty as aforesaid.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that petitioner shall make representation to respondent no.1 within one week and on receipt of the representation, the respondent no.1 shall take decision in the first meeting of the Wakf Board Meeting.
