O R D E R

% 17.01.2020 Mr. Bansal, ld. counsel for the University i.e. Vishwa Bharati University, submits that the pension to the petitioner shall be disbursed in terms of the ratio of the judgment(s) of the Court and as disbursed to the other similarly placed employees in respect whereof the applications have come to be disposed of today, as and when they retire. Mr. Bansal, on his part however further adds that the disbursal of the pensionary benefits to the petitioner is much dependent on the funds to be released by the respondent

no.1. Mr. Mishra, ld. Standing Counsel for Union of India on his part submits that any of the orders of the Court shall be duly complied with well within time to ensure that the petitioner gets his due pensionary benefits as and when they are entitled to.

In view of the foregoing, taking note of the fact that no cause of action has arisen in favour of the petitioner to allege any contempt, the petition stands disposed of.
