State of Punjab & Ors. (2011) 11 SCC 396.

The petitioner may approach the concerned Special Task Force where W.P. (C) 9764/2016 titled Bharat Gramin Vikas Sangathan v. North Delhi

Municipal Corporation & Ors. is also marked.
