Mr.Rishabh Bansal, learned counsel who appears on behalf of the decree-holder in OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 23/2019 submits that the parties he represents, have already entered into a settlement with the petitioners in the instant petitions i.e. OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 38/2019 and OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 51/2019. He also submits that the parties in the instant petitions, therefore, lost their interest.

The Court notes that since, some of the parties to the instant petitions have already entered into a settlement and have assigned their rights and interests in the property in question; therefore, the EX.APPL.(OS) 226/2025 in OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 23/2019 has been filed. 3.

Since, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners in the instant petitions, the same are accordingly dismissed under Order IX Rule 8 of CPC.
