1. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh application to seek registration for budgetary support under notification dated 5th October, 2017, in respect of its original owned unit after excluding the unit taken on lease from M/s Tibrewala Electricals, Lakeshwari, Roorkie.
