CM APPL. 5600/2018 (for direction) Standing Counsel for Govt. of NCT of Delhi relies upon a communication received from South Delhi Municipal Corporation, which states that the successful tenderer had renewed its license online, w.e.f. 25.03.2017 for 2017-18 and for which approval was granted. The petitioner's claim is that the South Delhi Municipal Corporation's website showed that the license was rejected as on 09.10.2017.

We are of the opinion that clarification issued by South Delhi Municipal Corporation concludes the matter. No further orders are called for.
