The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No. 455/2022 dated 03.06.2022, registered at Police Station Raj Park, Delhi, under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as well as all proceedings emanating therefrom, in view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties.

By order dated 21.01.2026, the captioned petition was allowed. However, petitioner No. 1 was directed to pay an additional sum of Rs.10,000/- to respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks. 3.

The matter was posted before the Joint Registrar for compliance on 20.03.2026. Statements of the parties were recorded before the learned Joint Registrar on 20.03.2026, wherein it was confirmed that a sum of Rs.10,000/- had been paid to respondent No. 2. 4.

The petition is thus disposed of.
