% 18.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at less than rupees one crore. Ld. counsel for the parties submit that defendant is located at Okhla which falls under the jurisdiction of District South East, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District, South East, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South East), Saket, Delhi Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South East), Saket, Delhi, on 26.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
