Counsel for the Applicant states that the Prosecutrix failed to even identify the other co-accused in her deposition before the Trial Court. He submits that in light of her testimony, the case of the Prosecution has no credibility.

Considering the above, he submits that the Applicant should be granted liberty to approach the Trial Court for securing bail. 3.

In light of the above circumstances, the bail application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to apply to the Trial Court. As and when such bail application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
