First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as „B.N.S.S.‟) (old Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Rahul @ Himanshu for grant of Bail in Case FIR No. 227/2019 under Section 307/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bawana.

After some arguments, learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.

Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
