O R D E R

% 16.10.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents states that the writ petition has become infructuous as vide Office Memorandum dated 05.10.2017, the petitioner has been reinstated in service at the post of Constable (GD). Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid position but states that the respondents have to pass consequential order with regard to the period from 19.04.2016, when order of removal from service was passed, till the petitioner was reinstated in service vide order dated 05.10.2017.

Writ petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid position with the observation that the respondents would pass the order relating to treatment of the period between 19.04.2016 till the date of joining and in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he would be at liberty to challenge

the same in accordance with the law.
