This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on his behalf from manufacturing, trading, supplying, selling, marketing in any manner, including online sale and/or dealing in any way in products including accessories under Plaintiffs' HERO TRADEMARKS and/or other marks which are deceptively similar to the said marks, amounting to infringement of Plaintiffs' trademarks, amongst other reliefs. 2.
During the pendency of the suit parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicable resolved their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 23.01.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Copy of the Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

parties. The Settlement Agreement shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
