The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: - "1. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to decide forthwith the Representation dated 07.01.2025 of the Petitioner, with a written intimation to the present Petitioner. And,

2. As a consequence, there of Direct the Respondent No. 1, to provide protection to the Petitioner and protect his life and liberty from the above-mentioned person, in terms of the representation dated 07.01.2025.

3. Direct his subordinate i.e., Respondent No. 2 to take necessary legal action as per law against the above accused person." 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and move an appropriate application before the Ld. ACMM-01 Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi where Ct. Cases No. 660/2023 is pending, for the reliefs sought in this petition. 3.

applications, if any, with liberty reserved to the Petitioner to move an appropriate application before Ld. ACMM.

Needless to state that the said application will be decided by learned ACMM in accordance with law. Nothing stated in this order shall be construed as an expression of the opinion on the merits of the relief sought herein.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the matter is next listed before the Ld. ACMM on 30.01.2025 and as per the Petitioner herein, the enquiry by the police stands concluded. He prays that the final decision on the Criminal Complaint may be taken expeditiously by the learned ACMM.

Learned standing counsel states that the conclusion of the enquiry is a matter of record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions, the Ld. ACMM is requested to hear and decide Ct. Cases No. 660/2023 expeditiously albeit in accordance with law.
