The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks following prayers:- "A) Grant regular bail to the above-named applicant/petitioner, Kalimuddin Shaikh, in relation to the above captioned case titled "State v. Kalimuddin Shaikh & Anr" arising out of the First Information Report dated 24.03.2022 bearing No.- 77, U/s -21/25/29 NDPS Act P.S.- Spl. Cell, Delhi subject to such conditions or directions, as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court; and B) Pass any such other order(s) as it may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, on instructions from the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present application at this stage with liberty to file a fresh application at a later stage, if so advised. 4.
