Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and, at the very outset, submits that the requisite compliance would be made on or before 31.03.2025. He also submits that the Department may also take up policy decision so that everybody else, who is similarly situated, is also benefited in the same manner.

On the basis of the above said statement and assurance given by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at the moment, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition. He, however, submits that in case nothing is done as per the above said undertaking, he may be permitted to revive the present petition by moving appropriate application. 3.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
