% 05.03.2020 By the instant petition, the petitioner agitates diverse issues of fixation of pay; Child Education Allowance; reimbursement of medical bills; withdrawal or advance from GPF accounts etc. etc. Let, in the first instance, respondent no.1 school look into the issues sought to be agitated by the petitioner in the instant petition and on due consideration thereof put it before the Director of Education or the concerned Deputy Director of Education for appropriate directions for release of any dues that might be coming to be due and payable to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be undertaken by the respondent no.1 school within eight weeks from today and thereafter by the Director of
Education within two months thereafter.
Petition stands disposed of in the said terms. Should either the respondent no.1 or the Director of Education require any information from the petitioner, it shall be so sought but the exercise should be completed in a time bound manner as stipulated earlier. Pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
