The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.313/2015 registered under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act at PS Nihar Vihar, Delhi. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2015. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed. The petitioner and the prosecutrix were acquainted with each other. Physical relations took place between the two on several times albeit on the alleged promise to marry. When the marriage did not happen, the FIR was lodged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
