The present application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 1.5.2019 and seeking extension of time to make the payment in terms of the said order. 2.

At this stage, the petitioner appeared in person and submitted that he will not press the application if he is given some more time to deposit the amount of Rs.6 lacs and/or furnish an FDR for a sum of Rs.6 lacs in favour of the Trial Court before the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 1.5.2019. Let the said amount be deposited and/or the FDR be furnished within 15 days.
