% 09.01.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:

"In view of the aforesaid, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

a.

Pass an order restraining the Respondent from withdrawing or claiming the amount under Claim 10, i.e. Rs. 1.59 crores (Rupees One Crore and Fifty-Nine Lakhs) until such time that the Respondent furnishes an Indemnity Bond in terms of the Award.

b.

pass any other further order(s) / direction(s) in favour of the Petitioner as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Mohit Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over a copy of the Indemnity Bond executed on October 9, 2019 to Mr. Rajshekhar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. A copy of the same has been given to the court and the same is taken on record.

In view of the fact that an Indemnity Bond has been furnished by the respondent in favour of the petitioners, Mr. Rajshekhar Rao states, he shall not press this petition.
