After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the STF constituted by the Supreme Court in M.C. Mehta v. Union of India and Others, (2019) 12 SCC 730 and M.C. Mehta v. Union of India and Others (Sealing Issue, in Re), (2019) 12 SCC 419, as also in terms of the order passed by this Court on 26.11.2024 in the earlier writ petition being W.P.(C) 16360/2024 filed by the Petitioner, more specifically, Paragraph 8 thereof. 2.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, to approach the STF. Pending application also stands disposed of.
