% 04.03.2024 EX.APPL.(OS) 357/2024 in OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 2/2021 The present application has been filed on behalf of the decree holder under Section 151 CPC seeking permission to withdraw the matter. Learned counsel for the decree-holder submits that the matter has been settled between the parties under the scheme „Vivad Se Vishwas-II' and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel for the judgment debtor submits that he is also in the process of filing an application for withdrawal of petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act bearing No. O.M.P (COMM.) 27 of 2021 titled as „NTPC Ltd. vs M/s SPML Infra Ltd‟. In view of the settlement between the parties, the present petition is dismissed as settled.
