The hearing has been conducted through video-conferencing. 1.

The present petition raises a grievance as regard alleged unauthorised construction in property no. B-145, Gujranwala Town, part-1, Delhi110009. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that there exists a sanction building plan in respect of the said property, however, upon subsequent inspection, certain deviations were found in the construction viz-a-viz the sanctioned plan. It is submitted that appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken by the MCD to remove any unauthorized construction.

Binding the respondent/MCD to the aforesaid statement, the present petition stands disposed of.
