Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the respondent has informed this Court that a complaint bearing CIS No. COMA-24-2025 (CNR No. HRGR01-012667-2025) has already been filed and registered at Gurugram Court against the petitioner among others. Therefore, if the petitioner has any grievance, this Court is not the appropriate forum of law. Thus, the petition may be dismissed. In this regard, an order dated 26.08.2025, passed by the learned ASJ, Gurugram, has been handed over in the Court during the course of arguments, which is taken on record. 2.

In view of the fact that this Court has no jurisdiction in the matter as a complaint stands registered against petitioner at Gurugram Court, the present petition stands dismissed at the threshold.
