Learned counsel for respondent No.2/MCD appears on advance notice and submits that the partial demolition was carried out earlier and now further action is scheduled for 28.02.2025. 2.

Mr. Shekhar Dasi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Taufeeque submits that the property in question is owned and occupied by said Mr. Taufeeque and he has already filed an appeal before Appellate Tribunal MCD, which is likely to be taken up for consideration tomorrow itself. He also submits that, as on date, no construction is going on at the property in question. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is, at the moment, not interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition.
