Plaintiff has not yet filed the list of witnesses as well as affidavit of evidence as directed by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 06.09.2016. Some more time sought on the ground that previous AR has been changed.

Plaintiff should have taken steps before today for substitution of the AR, if their AR is changed as submitted. However, plaintiff is given last opportunity to file list of witnesses as well as affidavit of evidence within 4 weeks from today with advance copy.
