This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 for release of balance 50% amount deposited by the Appellant. 2.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the present Appeal was dismissed by the Court on 05.03.2025 and thus the amount of balance compensation should be released.

None appears for the Appellant.

Accordingly, in view of the fact that the Appeal filed before the Court has already been dismissed, the Application is allowed. Let the balance amount inclusive of up to date interest be released in favour of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in terms of the judgment passed by the MACT Tribunal on 14.09.2020 and judgment dated 05.03.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

The Respondent Nos.1 to 3 is at liberty to take all appropriate steps for the release of the said amount.
