% 29.04.2026 CS(COMM) 48/2025 1.
Learned counsel for the parties state that the inter se disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The terms of settlement have been reduced into writing and recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2026.

The terms of settlement are enumerated in para 11(i) to 11(xii) of the Settlement Agreement.

It is submitted by the parties that all the compliances are complete except the compliances required in sub-para (xi) of para 11 of the Settlement Agreement.

Ms. Priya Adlakha, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff shall withdraw the contempt petition bearing no. CCP(O) 53/2025 pending before this Court today itself, upon the passing of the order on the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2026.

It is also pointed out that as per sub-para (vii) of para 11 of the Settlement Agreement, the rectification petitions in respect of registration nos. 5661191 and 6050365 for the trademark 'GRENA' in Classes 10 and 35 respectively filed by the plaintiff/petitioner shall be allowed and the defendants will have no objection.

unconditionally withdraw the countersuit bearing CS(COMM) 957/2025 captioned as "Axon Medical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. vs. Grena (Qingdao) Medical Devices Ltd. & Ors." today.

The Settlement Agreement is taken on record along with all its annexures appended thereto.
9.
Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. 10.
Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of para 11(i) to 11(xii) of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2026.

The Court Fees be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2026, upon completion of all formalities as per Rules.

The suit is decreed and disposed of alongwith all pending applications. C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 8/2025 & C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 9/2025 13.
In terms of the order passed in CS(COMM) 48/2025, the petitions are disposed of as allowed and the Registrar of Trademarks is directed to change the status of the subject mark 'GRENA' as rectified/removed within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
