By this bail application, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 419/2019 under Sections 325/34 IPC registered at P.S. Tilak Nagar. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the matter, inasmuch as, the injuries have been opined to be simple. It is further submitted that the applicant has joined the investigation twice.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail application although, on instructions, he submits that the applicant has joined the investigation twice.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the applicant has joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the
concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions:- (i) The applicant shall join investigation as and when he is asked to do so.
(ii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The applicant shall provide the I.O./SHO P.S. Tilak Nagar with his mobile /landline number and residential address and in the event of change of the same, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.
(iv) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the of concerned Court.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the applicant.
