This petition has been filed under Section 29-A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('ACA') for extension of the time limit for passing the Arbitral Award.

Disputes arose between the parties under Concession Agreement dated 24th February 2010. The said disputes are being adjudicated by the Sole Arbitrator, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw (Retd.). 3.
The mandate of the Sole Arbitrator expired on 13th January 2025. The matter is now listed before the Sole Arbitrator on various dates, for arguments, as is evident from order of the Sole Arbitrator, dated 15th November 2024.

Accordingly, with consent of the parties, the time limit for passing the arbitral award, is extended for a further period of 6 months. 5.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
