Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondents have regularized the account by paying the outstanding instalments upto December, 2019.

In view of the payment of the outstanding instalments by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one in the event of any fresh default by the respondents.

The petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
