% 26.02.2020 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in FIR No. 492/2016 registered at Police Station - Seelampur for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/34 IPC. It is not in dispute that petitioner is declared proclaimed offender, therefore, in view of observations made in Lavesh Vs. State of NCT: 2012

(8) SCC 730 and State of Madhya Pradesh Vs. Pradeep Sharma: 2014 (2) SCC 171, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
