Petitioners through the present petition are seeking mandamus qua the allotment of flat in their favour, against the cancellation of membership. 2.

Perusal of the record reflects that petitioners have not approached the Society or the competent authority with such a prayer. 3.

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to petitioners to approach the Society or the competent authority with the prayer for allotment. The claim, if so, made by petitioners shall be considered in accordance with law by the competent authority. 4.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous.
