This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 16th October 2024 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, SouthEast District, Saket in GP No.46/2022. 2.

Specific grievance of the petitioner/father is that despite directions that he will be allowed visitation on every second and fourth Sunday of every calendar month for interaction with the child between 02:00 P.M. to 04:00 P.M., the respondent has not complied with the said order. Petitioner has only been able to meet the child while depositing the fees at the Cricket Coaching Academy.

Counsel for respondent appears on advance Notice and states, on instructions, that there were some misunderstandings in the issue and they undertake to comply with the said order completely. 4.

In case, there is any dissonance on any issue, counsels will collaborate between themselves to ensure that the visitation is complied with. 5.

The petition is disposed of taking note of the aforesaid undertaking. 6.

Liberty is given to petitioner to revive the contempt petition, in case of continued infraction.
