The present application is filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking interim bail in FIR No. 786/2020 dated 17.08.2020, registered at Police Station Khyala, for offences punishable under Sections 302/186 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.
The application is filed on the ground that the wife of the applicant has been diagnosed with L4-5> L5-sl disk bulge (Caudal Epidural Block) in her lower back, and has to undergo a surgical procedure for the same. Documents have been filed in support of the present application which indicate that the wife of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the applicant has been advised to be admitted on 24.01.2024 for the surgery.

It is not denied that the applicant, on earlier occasions, was granted interim bail by the learned Trial Court, and the applicant has not misused the said liberty. The fact that the wife of the applicant has to undergo surgery is also not denied by the State. 6.
In view of the above, the applicant is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of ten days on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹50,000/-, with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions:
a) The applicant shall not leave Delhi, without permission of the Trial Court, during the period of his release on interim bail;
b) The applicant shall provide his mobile number to the concerned Investigating Officer, which shall be kept switched on at all times; and, c) The applicant shall not try to contact or influence any of the witnesses.

The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before the eleventh day of his release. 8.
The application, along with the pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
