We have heard the learned Counsel for the Parties. 2.

By instituting the present Petition, a prayer has been made seeking a direction to Respondents to clear and remove alleged illegal and unauthorized construction on a building said to be existing on a government land.

For redressal of his grievances, the Petitioner has also made a Representation dated 31.08.2025 to the Special Task Force (STF), Delhi Development Authority, annexed to the present Petition as Annexure-A. 4.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the claims made by the Petitioner, we dispose of the present Petition with a direction to STF to take the appropriate decision/action on the Representation dated 31.08.2025 of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
