The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to decide the petitioner's application for the regularisation of property bearing No. 154/1&155 (Property N0.24), Village Tajpur, Badarpur, New Delhi.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice submits that the said regularisation application has already been refused by the respondent/MCD on 7th November, 2025. 3.
Copy of the refusal order has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner. A copy thereof has been handed over in Court as well. In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, stating that he will file a fresh application for regularisation after taking remedial steps.

In the event such a regularisation application is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondent/MCD in accordance with the law. 6.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
