% 26.10.2016 The present matter has been listed pursuant to the order dated 07.10.2016 passed by the Registrar (Original) stating that the matter has been received from the Court of Dr Kamini Lau, ADJ-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for the reason that OA No. 119/2015 in this matter is pending disposal.

OA 119/2015 The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the said appeal had been disposed of by an order dated 13.01.2016 but the order inadvertently does not disclose so.

The said appeal was being preferred principally against an order dated 13.02.2015 passed by the learned Joint Registrar whereby cost of `20,000/- had been imposed. The appellant is aggrieved to the limited extent of imposition of such costs. I find no infirmity with the order dated 13.01.2016. However, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not an affluent person and the cost imposed is onerous. He requests that the cost be reduced to `10,000/-. The learned counsel appearing for the

respondent does not object to reduction in the cost imposed. It is so directed.

The appeal is disposed of.

CS(OS) 25/2012 In view of the order passed in OA 119/2015, let the matter be transferred back to the Court of Dr Kamini Lau, ADJ-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
