This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "A. To quash and set aside order dated 09.10.2025 (Impugned order) and direct the Respondents to re-instate the Petitioner into service with all consequential benefits; and/or B. Direct the Respondents Authorities to supply copy of Dismissal Order, medical documents and other service documents which has not been given to him at the time of Dismissal and/or C. Direct the Respondents to grant the Pensionary Benefits to the petitioner.

such further orders or orders, direction/Directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in accordance with law."

The submission of the learned counsel for petitioner at this stage is that the respondents may be directed to supply the copy of the order of dismissal to the petitioner.

Though, the respondents in the communication dated 09.10.2025 stated that same has been received by the petitioner on 26.09.2017 through the Superintendant of Jail, the officer of the respondents, who is present in the Court states, a fresh copy of the dismissal order shall be furnished to the petitioner within two weeks from today.

Suffice to state, that the representation submitted by the petitioner upon his acquittal, is pending for consideration before the Ministry of Home Affairs.

At this stage the learned counsel for the petitioner states, without prejudice, the petitioner shall make a representation to the respondents for releasing the Provident Fund which may be considered. It is directed if such a representation is made, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with rules within four weeks of receipt of representation and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of.
