W.P.(CRL) 3297/2019 Learned counsel for petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the complaint bearing FIR No. 66/2019 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC P.S.: Civil Line, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioners further prays for protection from respondent nos. 2 to 5.

Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, ASI, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of any exigency, the petitioner can contact the concerned officials.

The Investigating Officer states that the process of investigation is going on and he has seized all the CCTV footage from Rohini Courts, Delhi. The incident was, however, not captured on the CCTV footage. In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition.

Heard. Allowed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
