In these circumstances, this court is of the opinion that the said remedy should be exhausted before the assessee approaches this court. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to withdraw these appeals and approach this court at a later date again, if required, with the same grievance or any further grievance with respect to the rectification order. Liberty granted.

These appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand dismissed.
