An application has been moved seeking withdrawal of the present petition. It has been apprised that subsequent to the filing of the case, the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and differences and have entered into a settlement deed on 3rd July 2024. A copy of such deed has also been annexed.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and resultantly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of settlement between the parties.
