Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sh. Vashist, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

This petition purportedly filed in public interest, prays that a direction be issued to the respondent no.4 and 5 not to refuse entertaining the Will Deeds if it is presented, which is otherwise fulfils the legal and procedural formalities. The allegation is that on oral instructions such Wills if presented in some other jurisdiction are not being accepted for registration. 3.

In our considered opinion, if any such incident has happened where presentation of a Will has been refused by the Testator or a person competent to present the same for registration, it will give individual cause of action to the person aggrieved and therefore, we are of the considered The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. opinion that no public interest element is involved in this petition. 4.

However, dismissal of this writ petition shall not preclude any individual, who aggrieved by any such action, to institute any proceeding including a writ petition against such an action. 5.
