The present writ petition has been filed impugning the letter dated 13th January 2026, issued by the respondent/IRCTC, cancelling the petitioner's contracts/licenses.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke appropriate remedy in law. He submits that the contract between the parties has an arbitration clause. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

All rights and contentions of the parties shall remain open. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
