Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre'). 2.

The Conciliated Agreement dated 28th August, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the authorised representative of the petitioner and the respondent, has been placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
