Pursuant to previous order, Mr. Pushpendra Kumar, Executive Engineer, is present in Court. Counsel for MCD points out to the Status Report, filed on 12th May 2025.

As per the Status Report, one portion of the property has been completely demolished, whereas in the other two portions, the chajjas have been demolished, which were part of the deviation. 3.
According to Mr. Pushpendra Kumar, Executive Engineer, complete demolition exercise, as per what was unauthorized, has already been undertaken. The photographs have been filed along with the Status Report. 4.

have any sanctioned plan.

Counsel appears on behalf of owners of the said property and submits that they have submitted the sanctioned plan to the MCD. 6.
In this view of the matter and the undertaking by the Executive Engineer, that steps have been taken for demolition, the petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive the same, in case there is any further infraction.

If the petitioner has any further grievance, he shall take steps in accordance with law.
