The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, praying for issuance of a writ of prohibition, mandamus, certiorari or any appropriate writ, order, direction to quash and set aside the sale proclamation and e-auction notice dated 17.11.2025 and any further e-auction notice(s) and the order dated 30.10.2025 passed by the learned Chairperson, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal in Misc Appeal Diary No. 1776/2025.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition, seeking liberty to take recourse as may be permissible under law.
