Ms. Sheena Sukhija, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise. However, the respondent no.2 is not appearing before this Court.

She seeks to withdraw the present petition and approach the learned Trial Court since the offence invoked is stated to be compoundable. 3.

In view of the above, the petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
